When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction or PayPal account as long as the items returned have met our quality checking procedures.  You will receive an email confirming the refund to the card or PayPal account.  Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to the account depending on the card issuer.  Full details of our Returns policy can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.
