Delivery Information

We deliver worldwide and delivery is free worldwide.

UK Orders

All UK orders are dispatched first class delivery via the Royal Mail, but please allow 7-10 working days for the processing of your order. However, typically your order will take anywhere between 1-4 working days to be delivered. A proof of postage certificate is obtained with each order so all packages are insured. EU and Rest Of World Orders

All EU and Rest Of World orders are sent via the Royal Mail International service. This service can take anywhere between 5-25 working days for your order to be delivered. Please also allow 7-10 working days for the processing of your order. A proof of postage certificate is obtained with each order so all packages are insured. Returns

We offer a full refund on all online purchases within 14 days of the shipping date as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please contact the Customer Care department quoting your Twisted Beak order reference number at:   and request a returns form, which will be sent to you via email. The returns form is simple to complete, just select the reason for return and whether an exchange or a refund is required. If you require an exchange please state the product, colour, and size. Please remember to quote your Twisted Beak order reference number on the returns form to avoid any delay in the processing of your return. Please also make sure you send the parcel back to us via a secure and traceable method, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse. Please note that if returning non-faulty goods the postage cost is your responsibility and we will not refund your postage costs. We will send you an email confirmation when we have received your return.

Refunds will be made to the card used, or PayPal account for the original transaction as long as the items returned have met our quality checking procedures.
