How do I return an item?
We offer a full refund on all online purchases within 14 days of the shipping date as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please contact the Customer Care department at: and request a returns form, which they will send you via email. Please remember to quote your Twisted Beak order reference number when sending the email. Please also make sure you send the parcel back to us via a secure and traceable method, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse. Please note that if returning non-faulty goods the postage cost is your responsibility and we will not refund your postage costs.
